1. Standard Catalog Purchases

Unworn, unwashed catalog items with original security tags still attached may be returned within 15 days of order delivery for a full refund or size replacement.

2. Custom Studio Designs

Garments customized via our 3D customizer studio are made-to-order based on individual fabric/GSM and print positions. Consequently, we cannot offer general returns or change-of-mind refunds on custom items.
