What does GSM stand for and how does it affect garments?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It indicates fabric weight and density. Sleeping Dragon uses heavyweight fabrics (up to 450GSM loopback cotton) to produce structural shapes that sit stiffly and look luxurious, compared to standard 180GSM high-street items.
Can I return a custom-designed garment?
Because custom studio items are printed specifically to your coordinate inputs, we do not accept general returns on custom configurations. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or stitching issue, contact support for an immediate replacement.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated dynamically using your shipping pincode. Orders over $2500 qualify for free express shipping. Under the threshold, rates vary by tier (metro, tier 1-3, remote zones) as defined in our system database settings.
Are the garments pre-shrunk?
Yes, all our loopback French Terry and combed cotton blanks undergo custom garment washing processes to minimize shrinkage after subsequent domestic washing cycles.
